To provide residence customers with troubleshooting assistance, excellent customer service experience over the phone as well as educate the customers of additional services for up sell opportunities.Each client of ours will have their own specific job responsibilities that we must deliver. The job description will be discussed during the phone interview with all qualified candidates
Hours of Availability: Must be flexible to work mix shifts between the hours of 8 am to 12 am-Monday – Sunday,
Employees hired in this position will be allowed certain flexibility, depending on program requirements, in scheduling to promote a better work/life balance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Training: Sutherland Global Services pays its employees for initial training and offers basic and extended training options for career-minded individuals. Training is offered during normal operation hours 9am to 6pm EST and depending on the program after hour training may be offered.
