Part-Time After Hours Coordinator
Looking for part-time work from home? This is a home-based position that requires answering the phones during non-standard business hours.
Hours for this position vary and may include weekday evening “on-call” shifts from 5:00 PM until 8:00 AM, weekend “on-call” shifts starting at 5:00 PM on Friday and ending at 8:00 AM the following Monday.
Occasional holiday coverage is also required.
Basic responsibilities include screening incoming calls, taking messages, and providing requested information such as office hours, phone extensions, and general information in a courteous and professional manner.
High school diploma/GED, excellent customer service skills, and ability to use a web-based database and email applications required.
